In early 2017 Roger facilitated a successful two-day workshop with a complete hospital service in order to assist them to reflect on how their service was operating and their vision for the future. There was a high level of commitment from management and the wider teams to take an honest look at how they did things across a wide range of areas. An Appreciative Inquiry approach was used in order to provide a framework that focused on good practice, was none threatening but also led to tangible ideas for service improvement.
