Organisational development
The majority of our projects involve working with organisations to refine and improve how they deliver their services, how they filter through the vast range of information that faces them and focus on what matters.
We have worked with a wide range of organisations in the statutory, private and third sectors. This has ranged from regulatory compliance reviews through to smaller thematic work around specific services or aspects of operation.
Much of this involved the engagement of the workforce and wider stakeholder groups in order to ensure ‘buy-in’ for any resultant action plans.
Our regulatory work has included providing independent inspections for CSSIW through to being part of education inspection teams for Estyn.
We also conducted a full regulatory compliance review for the National charity Scope and provided management consultancy services to a Scope Residential special School.
We have worked extensively for Denbighshire County Council and other Local Authorities, conducting a number of independent service reviews that have led to re-organisation, service improvement and efficiency savings. We have also carried out follow-up work to support implementation plans.
Other projects have involved providing bespoke solutions to private and third sector organisations, assisting them to refine their systems and processes.
