December 2013 Cardiff – Two day Appreciative Inquiry Training commissioned by Public Health Wales involving staff from Health, Social Services and the voluntary sector. An exciting two days where people explored the principles behind AI and co-produced a topic to explore through the 5D Model. Lots of ideas about how to work in collaborative ways to develop natural assets within people and communities. Lots of focus on the importance of mutual trust and the sharing of information to empower people.
