Over 200 leaders and managers from all over Wales once again attended the amazing Academi Wales Summer School at Lampeter University (search Twitter #PublicServiceWales). Top class speakers from around the world attended the event that focused on Leading with Purpose, Passion and Perseverance. Roger Rowett delivered 6 Appreciative Inquiry workshops over three days, focusing on how AI could bring about sustainable change and improvement.
Over the 5 days participants from the public and third sector in Wales were asked a number of questions to explore their thoughts and attitudes on a range of issues. The example above showed the popularity of story telling, a fundamental aspect of the AI process (Discovery), in bringing about culture change.
