Taith provides solutions that focus on developing organisations' ability to monitor and drive forward quality improvement. Many of our clients are from the care, education or housing sectors.

Our focus is on effective self evaluation systems that are owned and driven by management and staff, but remain centred on positive outcomes for customers.

We pride ourselves on being able to take people with us in order that resultant strategies and solutions are 'owned' by all the key stakeholders. We use an Appreciative Inquiry approach and focus on good practice based in the belief that what we focus on becomes our reality. We also use 'Open Space' and 'World Cafe' where there is a need to involve and consult with people in creative ways.

For our full range of services see the list to the right and click the arrow to find out more. We also carry out bespoke work at the request of clients, this has included reviews of CRB processes and advice on information management systems.

If we carry forward parts of the past, they should be what is best about the past.
