Taith
is committed to supporting individuals and organisations to develop
their capacity for continuous improvement. This is based on methods
and processes that involve all key stakeholders and have measurable
outcomes for the customer. The
result of this is improved efficiency and effectiveness based on
shared action plans that are 'owned' by the whole organisation.
Most of our work comes through
personal recommendation and we have built a reputation on providing
services that are reliable and effective. We are able to work in
a highly flexible and responsive manner in order to meet the needs
of clients.
Our work is founded on a small number of assumptions:
- Developmental processes work better when all key stakeholders
are involved;
- All people, groups and organisations have strengths and 'assets'
that can be harnessed and developed;
- People want to make a positive difference and be part of any
solutions;
- Organisations move towards what they study;
- Action plans need to be 'owned' by everyone in order to maximise
sustainability.
. In all our work we ensure that we:
- agree clear terms of reference and review these on an ongoing
basis
- work from an ethical baseline that is founded on respecting,
valuing and listening to everyone we work with
- provide consultants who have significant experience
- focus on tangible outcomes that centre on existing strengths
- place sustainability at the heart of all projects
Roger works with a number of other collaborative partners

Roger brings a sense of realism to
his work with us; and everything he does is focused firmly
on practical application and implementation of new ideas to
benefit the business.
His professional and friendly approach
means he gained the respect of the staff. This made them open
to taking on board feedback on strengths and areas in which
they could improve.
